For Citizens Advice & advice services

need the answer now.

Website and AI design for Citizens Advice bureaus and the advice and third-sector organisations that work alongside them.

Why Citizens Advice bureaus choose Webjects

Citizens Advice bureaus and the advice and third-sector organisations around them are one of the clearest examples of our own "Wales is the brief" pillar in practice: small business, councils and the third sector, accessible by default, procurement-ready, priced for the organisations we actually serve.

It's also where our AI work has gone furthest. We built the Citizens Advice Wales AI Self Help Tool — six regional chatbots now deployed across 17 of 19 Welsh Citizens Advice bureaus, working in Welsh and in English. That's not a bolt-on: every AI build we ship sits on a web platform we built too, which is exactly what let this scale across so many bureaus without each one needing a separate rebuild.

Alongside that, we build and maintain sites for Citizens Advice bureaus across Rhondda Cynon Taf, Caerphilly Blaenau Gwent, Torfaen, Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot, Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff and Vale, Monmouthshire and Newport, plus the Advicelink Cymru hub site for Wales' six Regional Advice Networks. That volume of public-facing advice work means accessibility isn't an afterthought — we build accessible by default across every site we ship. It's the same discipline behind our "Wales is the brief" pillar and the full client wall, worth a look if you want to see the range of organisations we already work alongside.

FAQ

Do you work with councils and public-sector organisations?

Yes. We build and maintain sites for community and town councils and third-sector and advice organisations across Wales, built accessible and procurement-ready.

Can you build bilingual or Welsh-language sites?

Yes — we've shipped bilingual (Welsh/English) work, including an AI self-help tool deployed across 17 of 19 Welsh Citizens Advice bureaus.

What is the Citizens Advice Wales AI Self Help Tool?

It's an AI chatbot we built for Citizens Advice bureaus in Wales, giving people a first point of contact for common questions before or instead of waiting for an appointment. It's now deployed across 17 of 19 Welsh Citizens Advice bureaus, built on a web platform we also built — it's never sold as a standalone bolt-on.

Does the AI tool work in Welsh as well as English?

Yes — it works in Welsh and in English, which matters for a service that has to be genuinely accessible to bureaus and clients across Wales.
