Why Citizens Advice bureaus choose Webjects
Citizens Advice bureaus and the advice and third-sector organisations around them are one of the clearest examples of our own "Wales is the brief" pillar in practice: small business, councils and the third sector, accessible by default, procurement-ready, priced for the organisations we actually serve.
It's also where our AI work has gone furthest. We built the Citizens Advice Wales AI Self Help Tool — six regional chatbots now deployed across 17 of 19 Welsh Citizens Advice bureaus, working in Welsh and in English. That's not a bolt-on: every AI build we ship sits on a web platform we built too, which is exactly what let this scale across so many bureaus without each one needing a separate rebuild.
Alongside that, we build and maintain sites for Citizens Advice bureaus across Rhondda Cynon Taf, Caerphilly Blaenau Gwent, Torfaen, Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot, Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff and Vale, Monmouthshire and Newport, plus the Advicelink Cymru hub site for Wales' six Regional Advice Networks. That volume of public-facing advice work means accessibility isn't an afterthought — we build accessible by default across every site we ship. It's the same discipline behind our "Wales is the brief" pillar and the full client wall, worth a look if you want to see the range of organisations we already work alongside.
