Wales & South Wales

AI consultancy
across Wales.

AI for Welsh businesses, councils and third-sector organisations - including bilingual Welsh and English self-help tools already running in production.

Bilingual AI, already live

Our AI self-help tool runs across 17 of the 19 Welsh Citizens Advice bureaus, in Welsh and in English, giving people a first answer to common questions instead of waiting for an appointment.

We're leading with that because in Wales it's the part that usually gets promised and rarely gets delivered. Bilingual AI is genuinely harder than bolting a translation layer onto an English tool, and the difference shows the moment a real person asks a real question in Welsh. Ours has been doing that in production, at scale, across the advice sector.

Who we build for across Wales

Councils and public bodies

We build and maintain sites for Bridgend Town Council, Penarth Town Council, Pontypool Community Council, Cwmbran Community Council, Radyr and Morganstown Community Council and Laleston Community Council. Accessible by default, procurement-ready, priced for the organisations we actually serve - the same discipline we bring to AI. More on council website design.

Advice and third-sector organisations

Citizens Advice bureaus across Rhondda Cynon Taf, Caerphilly Blaenau Gwent, Torfaen, Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot, Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff and Vale, Monmouthshire and Newport, plus the Advicelink Cymru hub for Wales' six Regional Advice Networks. More on Citizens Advice website design.

Businesses across South Wales

Practical AI for small and medium businesses - the same work described on our Cardiff page, delivered across the region.

Where we work

We're based in Cardiff and work across the whole of Wales - in person across Cardiff, Newport, the Vale of Glamorgan, Bridgend and the wider South Wales region, and remotely for Mid and North Wales. Public-sector work takes us Wales-wide as a matter of course.

How we decide whether AI belongs

Every organisation we've built AI for had a real problem it was solving - a phone line that couldn't cope, an enquiry queue nobody could clear, an admin job eating a day a week. That's the test. If AI doesn't answer a real question your organisation is genuinely being asked, it's decoration, and we'll say so.

We're equally straightforward about the platform underneath. Whether we built your site or not isn't a blanket yes or no - we check what's there first, because AI is only as good as the thing carrying it. Tell us what you've got and what you want it to do, and you'll get a straight answer.

FAQ

Is there an AI consultancy in Wales offering bilingual Welsh and English tools?

Yes. Our AI self-help tool runs in Welsh and English across 17 of the 19 Welsh Citizens Advice bureaus - in production, not in trial.

Do you work with councils and public bodies in Wales?

Yes. We build and maintain sites for town and community councils across Wales, and AI self-help across the Welsh advice sector.

Do you cover North Wales as well as South Wales?

We're based in Cardiff and work across the whole of Wales - in person across South Wales, remotely for Mid and North Wales.

How do I get started with AI as a small business in Wales?

With a conversation about what's actually costing you time, followed by an audit. Neither commits you to building anything.

Can AI self-help tools be delivered in Welsh as well as English?

Yes, and we've already shipped it. Bilingual AI is harder than translating an English tool, which is why it's worth checking whether a supplier has genuinely done it before.
