An AI consultancy works out where AI genuinely helps your business, then builds and looks after the systems that deliver it. The first half matters as much as the second. Plenty of firms will sell you AI whether or not you need it; the useful work starts with an honest audit of where your time and enquiries are actually going, and an equally honest answer when the tool you already have would do the job better.

That's how we've always approached it. AI goes in when it earns its place - when it genuinely answers real enquiries or removes real admin - and not as a default add-on because it's the thing everyone is selling this year.

Chatbots and self-help agents for the people using your website. We check the platform underneath can actually carry it first - whether that's a site we built or one you already have - and we keep checking what it's telling people after launch, not just on day one.

Agent frameworks and custom AI tools

Where a single chatbot isn't the answer, a set of AI agents with defined jobs and clear boundaries, working alongside your team rather than instead of it. This is the same shape of system we run internally.

Back-office automation

What does an AI consultancy actually do?

What's the difference between an AI consultant and an AI agency?

A consultant advises on strategy; an agency builds the thing. We do both, which means the person telling you what's worth building is the one who has to make it work afterwards.

What is an AI agent, and how is it different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent can take action within defined rules - updating records, moving a job along, handling a step of a process - with a human able to step in. We run both.

Is AI worth it for a small business?

It depends entirely on whether you have a problem AI actually solves. Where a business is losing hours to repetitive admin or missing enquiries it can't answer fast enough, usually yes. Where it isn't, we'll say so rather than sell you something.

Can an AI consultancy really run its own AI, or is it just theory?
